Two Pathways to Work With Us

Every leader and organization has a different starting point. Some begin with individuallearning and structured programs. Others dive straight into customized coaching, team interventions, or long-term partnerships. Both paths are grounded in our Commitment Management Method™ and the 5C Culture™ framework.

Pathway 1: Programs & Certifications

From Self-Study to Certification

Many leaders start here: exploring Commitment Management™and the 5Cs through self-study or immersive programs before bringing it deeper into their organization. Each step ispractical, interactive, and designed to build capacity.

A typical progression looks like this:

  • Book + Online Course (Self-Study): Begin with Who Will Do What By When? and our online modules. Learn the foundations of Commitment Management at your own pace.

  • Live 3-Day 5C Leadership Experience ($497): An interactive, experiential workshop(2 hours per day across 3 days) to apply the 5Cs in real time. Includes optional daily Q&A.

  • Commitment Management Coach Certification (30 hours): Build coaching mastery in the 5C framework and learn to systematically develop others.

  • Commitment Management Coach Certification (75 hours): Advanced training to become a certified coach and culture architect, prepared to lead culture change at scale.

Pathway 2: Custom Engagements

From 1:1 Coaching to 4-Year Partnerships

Other leaders jump straight into culture-level work. We meet you where you are — from targeted coaching to full-scale transformation.

A typical progression looks like this:

  • Executive or Team Coaching (packs of 6 sessions): Focused coaching forindividualleaders or intact teams to address challenges, strengthen accountability,and build leadership capacity.

  • Strategic Team Engagements (4 hours to 2 days): Facilitate alignment on shareddesired outcomes, generate buy-in, and set the foundation for ongoing engagement.

  • Short-Term Partnerships(1–3months): Build alignment across leadership teamsand kickstart new ways of working.

  • Medium-Term Partnerships(6–12months): Embed accountability, trust, andcoaching practices across departments.

  • Long-Term Partnerships(1–4years): Transform the culture into a high-reliabilitysystem of leadership, trust, and sustainable results.
